1. How about the sample and charge?
The sample is free of charge, but the freight cost must be covered. Rest assured, this freight cost will be reimbursed when you proceed with an order.

2. What about the payment?
Our payment terms include a 30% deposit upfront, with the remaining 70% balance due against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L), payable by T/T. Alternatively, we offer the option of a 100% Letter of Credit (LC) at sight.

3. How long is the lead time?
The standard lead time ranges from 25 to 30 days following the receipt of the deposit.

4. What are our normal Trade Terms?
Our customary trade terms are FOB (Free on Board) and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight).
